Bo and Kenzie are hired by the Light Fey to hunt down something that's been hunting, killing and partially devouring the shifting members of the Light Fey community one by one. Bo's more motivated to find and stop the stalker when it seems like the next meal may be Dyson.(implying a ghoul or skinwalker as the beastie)

Sam isn't sure what he's expecting to find after he lands in hell. He knew it wouldn't be pleasant; it is hell after all. Perhaps, subconsciously, he'd been expecting the usual fire and brimstone backed by screams of the damned.But there's just nothing.
Absolute nothing.
There is no sound, no light, no heat, no cold. The nothingness is so oppressing Sam can't even hear the sound of his own breathing. If he even is breathing. He supposes that technically he's dead now, and usually the dead don't breathe.
Sam can't tell if he's standing or sitting, if there's any ground around him anywhere. He brings his hand up and waves it in front of his face, but he can't make out anything. There's no light to see his hand and he can't even feel the breeze the small movement should have created.
Something starts niggling at the back of Sam's neck, as if someone is watching him. He turns his head, trying to see if there's anything behind him, but only the blackness is there.
Sam doesn't even know how far the void extends. He could be in a room that's barely big enough to fit him or it could stretch on for miles. Sam isn't sure he wants to find out either way.
He tries to calm himself, tell himself that what he did was good and right; it was the only option they had. When Sam thinks about it, he would do it again. He saved the world and stopped the apocalypse. If he has to spend an eternity in hell for his actions, it's a small price to pay.
That tingling sensation is back and Sam whips his head around, trying to catch whatever it is. But once more, he sees nothing.
He will always see nothing, hear nothing, feel nothing.
This is his punishment: an eternity of nothing.

The Pacific, Ruined Spirit, Sledge and ensemble, PG, character death (1/3)
The carrier pitches and rolls on the choppy waves, and seasickness and terror mingle to make Sledge feel deathly sick. He fixes his eye on the light above the door and sets his jaw, reminding himself of how determined he was to get here and how unnecessary it is to be afraid now. Mobile feels so far away now that it might as well be another planet.The ship lurches, the light flashes and there's a horrendous screech of metal against metal as the door begins to open. Blinding bright light shines in through the widening gap.
"Let's go, K Company!" Haldane calls. Sledge is pushed from behind and has no choice but to run forward with the rest, vomited out of the ship's belly and into the sea. He expects to smell decay on the wind and hear the rattle of gunfire, but can only hear the roar of the sea. There's shouting around him, but it's all in English, no howls of banzai attackers; and as he scrambles through the water and his hands touch sand, he realises they're not under attack.
The expected Japanese defence is completely absent. Sledge slows his pace, still clinging to his gun and expecting an attack at any time, but there's simply nobody coming. No Japanese, not alive or dead, nor any other Americans waiting, laughing at them and saying the battle's over and done.
Haldane stands further up the beach, shading his eyes and frowning as he gazes further inland.
"Stay alert, everybody," he calls. "Don't drop your guard for a second. The enemy may well be waiting for us ahead."
The men follow him in a ragged line through the scrubby undergrowth. Some of it snaps off as Sledge brushes past, and his sense of trepidation grows as he realises that all of the plants are dead.

Sunset falls, and they haven't seen a soul all day. There are no Japanese on Peleliu. Not in the hills, not even in the bunkers and pillboxes; they fired in through the slots and heard nothing, then broke down the doors and found them as clean as if they'd never been used.
There is nothing else alive on this island either. The trees are dry and bare. There is no birdsong, nor scuttling insects. Thinking back to the landing, nobody recalls any seaweed in the water or shells on the shore. Even the sun seems dimmer here, and the sky is shaded a sepia tone like no sky Sledge has seen before.
They make camp for the night and eat their rations, which taste like ashes but at least fill the stomach. Hillbilly Jones hasn't got his guitar but he tries to start a singalong to keep everybody's spirits up - only to find he can't make notes any more, words coming out in a dull monotone. Burgin tries himself, and gets similar results. Snafu laughs at them both, but he's the only person here anything like happy. Sledge doesn't expect to get a wink of sleep that night.
